Job summary

A logistics company in Sharjah is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support operations. This role involves managing daily warehouse activities, supervising staff, and controlling inventory using ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields and 4-6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in exports or manufacturing. Job description

To support the Warehouse Manager in controlling inventory, staff supervision, and ERP-based warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch).
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure task allocation and discipline.
  • Control inventory movements in ERP (GRN, transfers, issues, returns).
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO, batch/serial tracking, RFID/barcode systems.
  • Support cycle counts and physical stock audits.
  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain warehouse layout, space optimization, and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, production, and finance teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • 4–6 years warehouse experience (export /manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong ERP & inventory control knowledge.
  • Experience with RFID/barcoding is an advantage.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
