Job summary

DESERT FACE TRADING LLC invites applications for a Warehouse Assistant with strong MS Excel skills to join our automotive spare parts team in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate stock control, data entry in Excel, and organized warehouse processes.

You will receive, check, store and issue parts, maintain stock records, prepare reports, and support inventory reconciliation while ensuring precise documentation and labeling. Local candidates in Jebel Ali preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or inventory role.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data entry, sorting, filtering and formulas.
• Strong numerical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with automotive spare parts is a plus.
• Available to work in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
