Job summary

NRTC Group is hiring a Project Manager – Warehouse Activation to lead the end-to-end activation of new and upgraded UAE warehouses. You will drive site readiness, fit-out, racking, MHE, IT integration, and staffing to achieve on-time, on-budget go-lives while meeting food-safety and quality standards.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, supply chain and operations, reporting to the COO. Immediate joiners in the UAE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing warehouse activations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience with cold chain or perishable product environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end activation of new/upgraded warehouses from site readiness to live operation.
• Develop and manage master project plan, budgets and scope.
• Coordinate with landlords, consultants, contractors and IT to deliver systems go-live and processes.
