Job summary

Axiom Telecom LLC in Dubai seeks Telesales Executives to join our call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products and services, engage customers, explain offerings and generate leads for sales and activations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, can multi-task, meet sales quotas over the phone, and are familiar with CRM software and telephone systems. Hindi & English language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Telecom experience is a plus.
