Job description

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Take and serve food and beverage orders for in-room dining
• Ensure timely accurate and courteous delivery of meals to guest rooms
• Maintain high standards of hygiene cleanliness and presentation
• Assist in setting up trays garnishes and tableware as per resort standards
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely service
• Maintain records of orders and room service operations
