We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Waiter to lead our front-of-house service team. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service standards, support training and supervision of waitstaff, and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient dining environment for guests.

What You'll Do :
  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Allocate tables, manage reservations, and handle special guest requests.
  • Monitor dining room cleanliness, table settings, and food presentation standards.
  • Liaise between kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in stock control of service-related items (menus, utensils, linens, etc.).
  • Support restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties.
What Are We Looking For :
  • Proven experience as a Waitress in a busy environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, allergens, and service etiquette.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • High school diploma; hospitality or service-related certification is a plus.
