What You'll Do

• Jointly responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Warmly greet guests, present the menu, recommend and upsell menu items, and ensure highest guest satisfaction.
• Set up and prepare the outlet for service, pack it down after service, and support captains and team members to maintain ready equipment.
• Maintain immaculate service standards, ensuring all service standards are adhered to throughout the day.
• Cherish our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity, and bring them to life daily.
• Track revenue targets and assist in achieving and exceeding them, controlling costs within preset budgets.
• Participate in daily pre‑service briefings to stay informed of daily happenings and upcoming service.
• Liaise with other departments to uphold immaculate presentation and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
