Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Dubai Damac Hills is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver first-class F&B service and create memorable dining moments. You will greet guests, explain menus, and maintain high standards while working with the kitchen and bar teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and flexibility to work shifts. Accommodation is provided, with service charge and a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
• Upsell menu items and premium beverages while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow and billing accuracy.

We are currently seeking a Waiter/Waitressto join our vibrant team. • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards
• Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature cocktails
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding efficiently to requests
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalating issues when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with table setup, mise-en-place, and closing duties
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Ensure billing accuracy and process payments correctly

Salary Band

Competitive Salary provided - AED1,600
Service Charge Average - AED 700
Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (grill house or bar experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
