PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers the call and explains menu items, making recommendations upon request. Provides explanations or clarifications of menu items to promote revenue. Serves food and beverage in accordance with prescribed service standards, emphasizing speed and accuracy. Assists in setting up and taking down tables and chairs, ensuring guests’ convenience with food settings. Checks with customers to ensure satisfaction and correct any problems. Collects food upon guest request or after a certain time to prevent odors or image issues. Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, fixtures, and service areas in assigned station. Keeps service station clean and stocked for prompt operation. Familiarizes with all outlet equipment and its proper handling. Assists co‑employees in food & beverage and other departments to foster teamwork. Reports incidents, complaints, lost items, breakage, and losses to the Rooms Service Supervisor. Generates additional revenue through upselling techniques. Attends briefings, meetings, and training organized by hotel management to develop service skills. Performs any other duties assigned by the immediate superior, contributing to guest satisfaction and hotel profit. Reports lines & communications to Captain / Supervisor / Outlet In‑charge. Relates to co‑employees within service, kitchen and other departments in job performance. Continuous learning through own IDP. Any other duties assigned by the superior.
