Job summary

As a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive and seating them at their tables
• Presenting menus and taking orders from guests
• Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Checking on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Handling any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and addressing them promptly
• Processing payments and providing accurate change to guests
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient service and smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
