Waiter Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be an independent, highly motivated, and hard-working individual who has a passion for customer service and hospitality. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, ensuring all food is served correctly and efficiently, and providing the highest level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

The Waiter will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, taking orders accurately and entering them into the point of sale system


• Ensuring all orders are prepared according to recipes, presentation standards, and customer requirements


• Delivering food to the customers’ tables promptly and in a professional manner


• Assisting the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed


• Cleaning tables after customers have finished their meal


• Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting


• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally


• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)


• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and safety protocols
