Job summary

El-Ain is seeking a Waiter to join our restaurant team in the UAE. The role offers a salary of 1400 with potential for growth based on experience. Foreign applicants are welcome and minimal work experience is required.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver excellent customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• A friendly personality and positive attitude.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a waiter would be an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Taking orders from customers and serving food/drinks accordingly.
• Ensuring all dishes/drinks are served in a timely manner.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintaining a clean working environment by wiping down tables, cleaning up spills etc.
• Following all health and safety regulations when preparing food/drinks.
• Assisting with setting up/breaking down tables for events or special occasions.
• Monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as necessary.
• Processing cash payments from customers.
