Overview

Waiter in El-Fujairah, UAE. We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at El-Fujairah. We are a busy, family-run restaurant and require an experienced staff member to provide outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and take initiative in order to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will also be friendly and outgoing, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly upon arrival, seating them appropriately, and providing menus
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing drinks orders accurately, in line with company guidelines, as well as serving food orders
• Upselling additional products where possible
• Answering customer queries quickly and efficiently
• Ensuring all areas of the restaurant remain clean and tidy throughout service hours
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all areas of the restaurant
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly service
• Assisting in closing duties as required such as cleaning tables, resetting dining areas etc.
• Having a good knowledge of menu items including ingredients, cooking times etc.
