Job Description

The Waiter will serve food and beverages to guests according to service standards. They will be a brand ambassador, and endeavour to provide exceptional levels of service through a personalised guest experience that aims to delight and exceed customer expectations every time.

Responsibilities

• Consistently creates a warm, thoughtful, and sincere guest experience through a personalized approach and attention to detail
• Handle guests? order and accurately inputs orders in the system, adhering to cash handling procedures and cash register policies
• Checks the quality and consistency of food and beverages before they are served
• Efficiently clears tables and plates, glassware etc.
• Checks all set ups and organise the side station before and after the operation of each shift as per side station set up standard

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality industry
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language with the ability to communicate effectively within a multi-national / multi-cultural environment
