Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) is hiring for an entry-level hospitality role in Dubai. The successful candidate will serve customers with quality foods and beverages, assist with stock checks, uphold cleanliness, and support table service while ensuring a tidy dining environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of hospitality experience and a 10th standard qualification, with opportunities for growth within EKFC.

Descrizione del lavoro

Ensure that all the customers/guests are served with quality foods and beverages prepared according to established standards.

Assist in maintaining sufficient stock during the entire shift including checking all the received stock to make sure that the same is in accordance with the order, quality and quantity and display or store them.

Support in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation by wiping down surfaces and making sure that serving utensils, plates, and glassware are polished, organized, and readily available for service according to standard procedures and in adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Assist with table service and ensure the dining areas remain clean and organized by promptly clearing dishes to maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment.

Prepare and close the outlet according to standard opening and closing procedures.

Comply with the Company’s established Hygiene policy and procedures especially in food and equipment handling.

Attend to customer complaints satisfactorily or seek the assistance of Captain when not in the position to provide solution to the problem and inform the Supervisor on duty at all times.

Assist in collecting, loading and delivery of items to the outlets and perform other related duties as required.

• Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.

Qualifications

Education Qualification: 10th standard certificate or equivalent qualification (must have)

Work Experience:
Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
Area of Experience: Knowledge of Food and beverage items.
