About the job VP of HR (Relocation to KSA)

The VP HR will be responsible for managing HR Role by developing and implementing HR Roadmap and deriving performance based culture in the organization. Moreover, the VP HR will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Development: You will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive HR team and strategy that is closely aligned with our business strategy and working with many different cultures. You will identify key HR initiatives and priorities that support our long-term mission and goals.
  • Executive Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define our organization's long-term mission and goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with these objectives to drive overall success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Your role includes providing valuable expertise on HR practices, safety protocols, and benefit issues. This expertise will be essential in guiding decision-making and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Senior Management Engagement: Engaging senior management to support and actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives will be a vital aspect of your role. You'll work collaboratively to ensure that HR programs are effectively integrated into our company culture.
  • Benefits Administration: You will be responsible for administering employee health insurance, retirement, and benefit programs, ensuring that our employees receive competitive and comprehensive packages.
  • Process Standardization: Overseeing the HR Department and implementing standardized processes will be key to improving efficiency and consistency in HR operations across the organization.
