- Strong in leadership roles with over 5 years of experience in the IT industry, managing P&L effectively
- Experienced in leading client-facing organizations in software or related industries for 3+ years
- Proficient in using engaging presentation and written communication skills with senior clients
- Competent in developing strategies for client growth and account development plans
- Skilled in formulating objectives, setting priorities, and implementing plans consistent with SoftServe’s long-term interests in a global environment
- Capable of capitalizing on opportunities and managing risks effectively
- Effective as a professional who establishes rapport easily and puts others at ease
- Adept at developing long‑term relationships and networks both internally and externally
- Talented in winning others over by using a variety of tactics tailored to the audience
- Confident with convincing others of the merits of ideas and proposals
- Familiar with and applying business concepts and principles
- Aware of recognizing economic, financial, market, and industry trends that affect SoftServe
- Driven to set challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them
- Capable of developing foresight into industry shifts and leveraging them for strategic advantage (nice to have)

- Drive client development and growth for specified client or group of clients
- Develop, monitor, and execute account strategy and account development plans
- Contribute to clients' success by actively participating in strategy sessions
- Collaborate with clients to design strategic plans aligned with their long‑term goals and objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand business within existing clients or a set of clients
- Work with the team to maximize profitability within client accounts and identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Develop new engagement strategies and models to elevate business with the client
- Collaborate with sales, partnership, and marketing teams to drive business growth
- Establish relations with SoftServe external partners such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and others, and build joint account development plans
