This F&B platform consolidates F&B brand houses and operations, driven by strategic and creative concepts. The Business Development Coordinator will support the F&B Platform in its growth and expansion efforts.

We’re now looking for a Vice President of Development to lead the global expansion of our F&B Platform — sourcing, shaping, and delivering new projects that capture the essence of contemporary luxury, design, and culture.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Source, structure, and secure new projects through management, lease, and license agreements.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, landlords, and investors who share our vision of elevated hospitality.
• Collaborate with Ennismore’s global development teams to align strategy, pipeline, and brand priorities.
• Partner with internal teams — finance, design, operations, and legal — to ensure every project blends commercial strength with brand excellence.
• Lead the preparation of financial models, business plans, and investment analyses.
• Represent Ennismore’s F&B brands at key international industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in development or asset management within luxury hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record in structuring and closing complex agreements.
• Deep understanding of the global dining and luxury landscape.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with a passion for value creation.
• A refined creative sensibility and appreciation for culinary innovation, design, and culture.
• Entrepreneurial, confident, and agile in a fast‑paced international environment.
