A leading luxury brand in Dubai is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure effective brand representation and enhance product visibility. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with various departments to implement effective merchandising strategies. Are you passionate about Visual Merchandising? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the Dubai-based Visual Merchandising team has to offer? As a VM Manager, you will assist the department in ensuring that projects are successfully led.
The VM Manager is responsible for ensuring a consistent representation of the Cartier brand image through the retail and wholesale network while enhancing product visibility and maximising offer performance across the entire network. This role involves adapting the global and regional strategy to the local reality and executing the Maison’s merchandising strategy for each product category. Managing a team of 3 people and overseeing a network of 6 boutiques and 2 watch specialists makes this position special.
Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to act as a brand ambassador, to assist the commercial team in enhancing client experience, to support product marketing in product launches, as well as budget management.
