Foreground is partnering with a luxury retail group to identify a seasoned Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the brands creative execution and presentation standards across its boutique network.

This role requires a unique blend of artistic vision technical execution and commercial alignment to ensure visual storytelling and product presentation align with brand expectations and market trends.

Role Overview:

The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for translating global brand guidelines into compelling in-store displays visual campaigns and seasonal launches. This includes managing concept development execution and training retail teams on VM standards to deliver an immersive retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive visual merchandising plans across boutiques aligning with marketing campaigns and retail calendars
  • Adapt global brand guidelines to fit local market preferences and boutique architecture
  • Lead visual rollouts for seasonal windows product launches and promotional events
  • Collaborate with store managers and retail operations to ensure VM execution consistency
  • Train retail teams on merchandising principles display maintenance and brand representation
  • Conduct regular audits and field visits to assess and improve visual standards
  • Manage budgets related to props fixtures materials and external VM suppliers
  • Monitor visual performance indicators including customer flow engagement and sales impact
