Job summary

Canadian University Dubai invites applications for a one-semester faculty appointment in the Department of Architecture, focused on environmental and regenerative design. The appointee will contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, including design studios, and engage with the MSc DICE program.

The candidate should hold a PhD, show a strong research record, and have teaching experience at international institutions. Preference is given to candidates with prior teaching at CUD.

Qualifications

• PhD in Architecture or related field focusing on environmental or regenerative design.
• Strong research and publication record in regenerative design or environmental performance.
• Proven international teaching experience and ability to connect theory with design studios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one design studio and supporting taught courses (up to 12 credits).
• Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with emphasis on design studios and environmental thinking.
• Engage with innovative pedagogical frameworks and supervise student research.
