Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder or government relations, ideally within a government entity, semi-government organisation or large corporation.
• Strong networking across government entities, embassies and international partners.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the outreach plan and decide which relationships to prioritise.
• Build long-term relationships with government entities, embassies and international partners.
• Lead protocol for VIP visits and senior engagements from planning through to the day itself.
• Ensure protocol standards are followed consistently across the organisation.
• Develop partnership and sponsorship proposals and help turn conversations into agreements.
• Coordinate events, visits and stakeholder activity with internal teams.
• Manage and develop a small team with a focus on growing UAE National talent.
