• Meet, greet, and direct Guests in the lobby area.
• Serve as main contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are briefed.
• Seek and respond to customer feedback promptly.
• Manage Guest complaints effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer service in the Reception Lobby.
