Job summary

A luxury hotel in Dubai seeks a Guest Engagement Agent to be the unique point of contact for guests, ensuring their preferences and requests are met throughout their stay. Responsibilities include assisting with check-in, maintaining a clean environment, and upselling hotel facilities. Required qualifications include at least 2 years in a similar role in an international 5-star hotel and strong communication skills in English. Additional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service position in Front Office.
• Experience in an international five star hotel with more than 200 rooms is highly preferred.
• Additional language proficiency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a unique point of contact for guests.
• Ensure lobby cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
• Assist reception with welcome amenities for guests.
