Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hotel operational setting.
• Confidence and experience in handling golf cart/buggy.

Responsibilities

• Review arrivals and departures for planning daily activities.
• Implement and maintain guest recognition program.
• Handle guest feedbacks and inquiries.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of guest luggage.
• Maintain efficient administration of the department.

Skills

Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM)

Fluent in English

Valid driving license with good standing

Education

Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality

Hospitality diploma/degree from recognized school preferred
