Job summary

HYF Medical Center in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Consultant to provide expert consultations and personalized aesthetic solutions for local, international, and VIP patients. The role combines clinical guidance with high-touch patient service and sales targets in a luxury healthcare setting.

You will coordinate with dermatologists, physicians, and specialists to deliver premium treatment plans, manage patient journeys from inquiry to follow-up, and uphold strict confidentiality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Beauty or Aesthetics.
Minimum 2–3 years in aesthetic consultation, medical aesthetics or healthcare sales is preferred.
Excellent English communication; Chinese or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face and online aesthetic consultations with patients.
Explain treatment options, outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
Coordinate with physicians and medical staff for treatment plans.
Prepare quotations and communicate pricing clearly.
Follow up with prospective and existing patients to drive sales.
Provide premium VIP/international patient service and coordinate appointments.
