Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Villa Security Manager to oversee all security operations, protect residents’ privacy, and uphold high service standards.

You will lead a team of villa staff, enforce access control and surveillance measures, and maintain emergency response plans while conducting regular patrols to identify risks and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in security management advantageous.
• Security certifications (e.g., SIA, CPO) and valid driver’s license required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in security or facilities management, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality.
• Arabic speaker preferred.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security or facilities management, preferably within a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
