Job summary

Kozma & Kozma is seeking a creative videographer to film high-quality content for our salon services and haircare products. You will shoot for social media, primarily Instagram reels and TikTok, collaborating with hairstylists and models across Dubai salons.

Responsibilities include planning shoots in branches, capturing transformations, tutorials, and product demonstrations, and contributing fresh ideas to grow our online presence. Experience with lighting and post-production is a plus.

We are hiring a creative, talented, and detail- oriented videographer to film high-quality video content showcasing our salon services and our haircare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative videos for social media platforms, primarily Instagram reels and Tiktok
• Spend time in salon branches, and actively plan, coordinate with the team, and execute video shoots by working closely with hairstylists and models
• Film a variety of content, including salon services, hair transformation, before -and -after results, styling tutorials, product demonstrations, and other videos
• Contribute to growing our social media audience with the video content created and proactively recommend new ideas
• Understand social media trends, engaging video hooks, creative transitions, and storytelling techniques that capture viewers' attention.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in video production and video-related equipment
• Familiar with producing for social media channels and other video-based digital platforms
• Experience in filming creative shots for social media
• Video editing, color correcting and post production skills are a plus
