Role Overview

As a Videographer / Video Editor, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering engaging video content for multiple client campaigns. You’ll work closely with the strategy and content teams to produce videos that align with brand goals, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, strong storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of short-form and long-form video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for client marketing campaigns
  • Produce short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form content when needed
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Edit videos using brand guidelines, trends, and platform best practices
  • Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and basic animations when required
  • Manage footage, file organization, and version control
  • Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining high-quality output
  • Adapt content based on performance insights and feedback
  • Stay updated on video trends, formats, and editing styles
Requirements
  • 2–4+ years of experience in videography and video editing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing work
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
  • Understanding of lighting, framing, and audio recording
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability
