Job summary

Chain Reaction is seeking a skilled video producer to conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality content aligned with client goals. You will lead projects end-to-end, operate cameras and lighting, and edit with industry-standard software to craft compelling stories.

Join a dynamic GCC/Levant agency, collaborating with directors and producers while mentoring junior team members and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a production house or channel.
• Experience with professional cameras, editing suites, and basic lighting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Final Cut Pro X.
• BS degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Lead video production projects from pre-production to post-production
• Operate various video and camera equipment to capture dynamic footage
• Utilize cinematography skills to enhance storytelling and visual impact
• Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and engaging content
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high production standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a production house or channel
• Experience working with professional cameras, editing suites, and basic lighting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Apple Final Cut Pro X
• BS degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
