Role Overview

• Create scroll-stopping Reels aligned with current trends, formats, and audio
• Spot trends early and adapt them creatively to brand objectives
• Handle end-to-end production: filming, editing, captions, transitions, and basic motion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into viral-ready content

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience creating Reels / short-form content
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Proficient in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut (or similar)
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Fast, reliable, and quality-driven
• Experience working with brands or agencies
• Ability to shoot on-site and edit quickly
• Knows what works — not just what looks good
