Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for teaching and learning across IB programmes.
Lead professional learning, coaching, and staff development initiatives.
Drive quality assurance through observations, learning walks, and data review.
Act as Inclusion Champion overseeing personalised learning and inclusion strategies.
Line-manage senior colleagues to ensure high-quality student provision.
Champion inclusive classroom practice and targeted interventions to support progress.
Collaborate with curriculum leaders to ensure consistency across IB programmes.
