The VP of Marketing leads the integrated marketing and communications strategy for company’s portfolio of assets, ensuring unified brand representation and measurable market impact.

This role is pivotal in positioning the organization as a global destination and investment hub, while driving alignment between corporate, hospitality, and real estate marketing under the Group structure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the integrated marketing strategy for the organization and Group entities.
  • Align brand, digital, and communication plans across hospitality, real estate, and investment portfolios.
  • Ensure consistent brand narrative, tone, and identity across all internal and external platforms.
  • Represent Marketing at executive and board-level discussions, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform long-term marketing positioning
  • Oversee all digital and CRM platforms to ensure data-driven customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage the Group Marketing budget, ensuring effective cost control.
  • Establish key marketing KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Report campaign ROI and brand performance metrics to the COO and Executive Committee.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and negotiate optimal vendor partnerships.
  • Oversee marketing spend alignment with strategic business priorities.
