Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, the VP Data & AI leads the vision, strategy, and execution of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence across our brands. This role blends technical leadership with strategic influence, driving innovation that enhances guest experiences, operational excellence & productivity, and personalised services. The primary responsibilities of the role are to create and maintain a comprehensive enterprise data platform, to enable Business Intelligence & Analytics across the organization, and to drive AI adoption through developing AI tools and AI agents in close collaboration with business functions and resort operations. Strong communication skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and a passion for elevating operational excellence and guest experiences through Data and AI are essential to success in this role.
