Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disorders and perform advanced surgical procedures for various species, including dogs and cats.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Completion of an orthopedic residency specialized in Veterinary Surgery.
  • Board certification or eligibility for certification in the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in veterinary orthopedic surgery.
  • Proficiency in performing a range of orthopedic surgical procedures, including TPLO, fracture repair, and joint surgery.
  • Strong diagnostic skills to develop effective treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with pet owners and collaborate with veterinary staff.
  • A deep commitment to animal welfare and continuous learning in the field of veterinary medicine.
  • Valid veterinary medical license to practice in the relevant location.
