UrbanLogic, a reputable construction company in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. You will perform repairs, maintenance and installation of equipment and systems to keep facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills. English proficiency preferred, visa required for UAE-based work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repair work.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on buildings facilities and equipment.
• Installing new systems or equipment as needed.
• Troubleshooting issues with electrical plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Repairing or replacing broken parts or components.
• Painting plastering and performing other general maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keeping accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
