Job Responsibilities

• 1、 Responsible for user life cycle modeling, optimize the operation strategy at each stage (activation, retention, recall, etc.)
• 2、 Establish and manage user grouping mechanism, and formulate differentiated operation and activation promotion strategies
• 3、 Collaborate with BI to carry out behavioral data analysis, LTV prediction and path optimization
• 4、 Design and promote the CRM and automated communication system during the life cycle
• 5、 Promote the long-term value enhancement of users and improve LTV/CAC ratio

Job Requirements

• 1、 More than 5 years of experience in user operation or growth analysis
• 2、 Skilled in data modeling using SQL, Python or R
• 3、 Deep understanding of user behavior analysis, life cycle theory and automated operation
• 4、 Familiar with iGaming or large-scale user platform operation system
• 5、 Overseas user communication experience is preferred
