Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking a Pest Control Helper in the UAE. You will assist pest control technicians, prepare equipment and chemicals, and help deliver pest management services in diverse environments. Prior pest control or cleaning experience is beneficial.

Applicants should be physically fit, with basic English, and ready to work outdoors and indoors. Male candidates are preferred. Accommodation, visa and medical insurance are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Male candidates preferred.
• Minimum 10th Grade / High School Certificate.
• Previous experience in pest control or cleaning is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in pest control treatments and inspections.
• Prepare and carry pest control equipment chemicals and tools.
• Support the application of pesticides and pest management solutions under supervision.
• Clean and maintain equipment after service completion.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines when handling chemicals.
• Assist in setting up traps bait stations and monitoring devices.
• Maintain service records and report any issues to supervisors.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and equipment.
