Job summary

LEAMS Education Services (Gamma Holdings Ltd.) seeks an experienced Urdu Coordinator to lead and support Urdu delivery across the school. You will coordinate the Urdu curriculum, develop schemes of work, monitor practices, and drive student progress within a British Curriculum framework.

The role requires leadership in the Urdu department, strong English/Urdu communication, and the ability to mentor teachers while contributing to school improvement and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's in Urdu with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Urdu, preferably in a British Curriculum school.
• Experience in subject coordination or leadership role is preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
