Qualifications

  • One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel and with Middle East experience.
  • Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the departmental attendance system.
  • Compile the daily activity report and presentations for meetings.
  • Assist with administrative requests from Sales Managers.

Skills

Strong administrative skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask

College Degree in Business or Hospitality
