Pixcom Energy LLC is seeking an Unskilled Technician / Technician Helper to support our technical and project teams in day-to-day site activities.

You will assist skilled technicians with installation, maintenance, and project-related works, and help with cable routing, trenching, and civil works as needed.

This entry-level role offers on-site training and hands-on experience on power and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.

Formación

• No formal technical qualification is mandatory; basic education/literacy is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Technician Helper or Construction Helper is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cable pulling, drilling, civil works, or installation activities is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with technicians on site.
• Willingness to learn technical and installation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist skilled technicians in installation, maintenance, and project-related works.
• Support technicians in cable pulling, routing, dressing, and trenching as instructed.
• Assist with cable termination activities under supervision.
• Carry out drilling, cutting, chasing, and fixing works as required.
• Assist with civil works, including surface preparation, patching, and related site activities.
• Perform tile cutting and drilling for cable routes and equipment installation.
• Assist in the installation and fixing of conduits, cable trays, supports, brackets, and other materials.
• Handle, carry, and arrange cables, tools, equipment, and materials at the work location.
• Support technicians during equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and dismantling activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist skilled technicians in carrying out installation, maintenance, and project-related works.

Support technicians in cable pulling, routing, dressing, and trenching as instructed.

Assist with cable termination activities under the supervision of qualified technicians.

Carry out drilling, cutting, chasing, and fixing works as required.

Assist with civil works, including minor surface preparation, breaking, patching, and related site activities.

Perform tile cutting and drilling for cable routes, equipment installation, and other project requirements.

Assist in the installation and fixing of conduits, cable trays, supports, brackets, and other materials.

Handle, carry, and arrange cables, tools, equipment, and materials at the work location.

Support technicians during equipment installation, testing, maintenance, and dismantling activities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

No formal technical qualification is mandatory; basic education/literacy is preferred.

Previous experience as a Technician Helper, General Helper, Electrical Helper, or Construction Helper is an advantage.
