Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced Crane Operator for our Umm-al-Qaiwain facility in the United Arab Emirates. You will operate cranes and other heavy equipment, load/unload materials, and move items around the site, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1 year of crane operator experience in manufacturing, the ability to read safety and maintenance documents, and the knowledge of load lifting principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of crane operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of load lifting principles.
• Ability to understand spoken instructions in English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift hours.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, move materials around the site.
• Perform general maintenance/repair on the equipment.
