Job description

As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and crafting user experiences that are both visually stunning and intuitive. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that our platform remains user-friendly, attractive, and aligned with industry standards.

Design user interfaces for web and mobile casino platforms, focusing on a seamless and engaging user experience.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving our platform.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user journey.

Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Optimize designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and competitor products within the online casino industry.

Work on design iterations quickly based on feedback from stakeholders, while balancing the needs of the business and user.

Develop and maintain design systems and UI kits to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Contribute to the overall product strategy and help define the user experience vision for the platform.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the online casino, gaming, or related industry.

Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other relevant software.

Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive design decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Familiarity with the European market and regulatory considerations for online gambling is advantageous.
