• 1-3 years of experience in a related field with strong internships considered.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram & TikTok culture and trends in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills for writing friendly, on-brand messages.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to maintain a clean database.
• Must be based in UAE with flexibility for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Discover micro & nano influencers across social platforms.
• Build and maintain a structured creator/UGC database.
• Send outreach messages to invite creators for experiences.
• Coordinate visits with store teams for content capture.
• Track all deliverables including posts, engagement, and sentiments.
• Curate top-performing posts for marketing and reposting.
• Support marketing with paid collaborations as needed.
• Share weekly & monthly reports on invites and performance.
