Qualifications
- Proven experience in UAT, functional testing, and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies and defect management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive UAT and sanity checks to validate all workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm the customer journey is seamless.
- Identify, document, and resolve production issues in coordination with IT.
