Responsibilities
- Design and lead the Groups Emiratization and talent management strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Monitor and report performance against KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing to build a strong Emirati database.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
Skills
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization policies
Advanced data analytics and reporting skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
