Entrepreneurial Approach

The Kearney Analyst program offers a hands-on introduction to management consulting. Responsibilities include developing models, performing analyses, and conducting research in various industries, both in the office and at client sites. You will benefit from our global scale and capability, combined with the agility of our close-knit teams.

Supportive Environment

Training is a key part of your introduction to the firm. You will learn essential concepts and methodologies, working with a mentor and engaging with your project manager for support. Top performers with at least two years at the firm may qualify for tuition support through the Kearney Scholars’ Program.
