Work in USA is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for our Al Shamkhah City, UAE team. The role requires an Indian national with substantial project management experience and familiarity with UAE business practices.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder reporting. The candidate should demonstrate leadership to guide project teams and ensure milestones are met on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Facilitate meetings and lead discussions to drive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
