Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
Experience in software testing, QA, or technology delivery environments.
Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, defect management, and SDLC practices.
Familiarity with test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios for banking apps and platforms.
Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing for high quality releases.
Identify, document, track, and support defect resolution with development teams.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve quality and release velocity.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout SDLC.
Contribute to QA standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support UAT activities to ensure solutions meet customer and business expectations.
