Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to the Sales and Aftersales teams.
  • Conduct on-site visits with customers alongside sales teams to assess and recommend technical solutions.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of customer requirements, ensuring compatibility and adherence to safety standards.
  • Support the resolution of post-delivery issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the launch of new projects and products.
  • Submit technical reports to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to resolve field issues and drive product improvements.

Overview of the role :
